For installing new flooring only (includes aqubar moisture barrier)

$2.50 sq. ft

For installing new flooring and sand, staining, and finishing

$5.00 sq. ft ( includes stain and finish product)

Stairs and landings are additional cost

These prices are good within 50 mile radius from Springfield, Mo

We will travel to other states or outside the 50 miles from Springfield, Mo.

If traveling outside radius, we will charge a mileage rate of $.30 a mile.

We will give approximate estimates over phone, or if onsite estimate is needed,

we will come to you for a small estimate fee.

We do give discounts for seniors, homeowners, builders, referred, and cash customers.
